Bag Manufacturing Process
Fabric Cutting
automatic flat and circular fabric length and hole cutting for all shapes.
Printing
3-colour printing machine for width up to 210cm layflat
Sewing
heavy duty sewing machines operated by well-trained staff are used to chain, overlock and lockstitch the woven polypropylene fabric into various bags.
Palletizing
baling and palletizing of bags for easy transport and handling.
Bag Testing Station
We have our own in-house bag testing facility to perform stress test of any kind and have successfully achieved accreditation to manufacture bags with a 6:1 safety factor required by the United Nations
Testing is carried out as per recommendation on the transport of dangerous goods for:
- Top Lift Test
- Stacking Test
- Tear Test
We manufacture all types of bulk bags, design bags to specification and we can provide alternative solution using our expert design team. Our strict quality control team will ensure each bag is thoroughly inspected before packaging for dispatch.
